There are many makes of cooking ranges available. There are many styles, colours, sizes and fuel options. They're also available with or without a boiler. They're an effective way of heating a room or your entire house and are great for cooking on.

The image to the right shows a Broseley - Thermo Suprema wood burning/mutli fuel cooking range.

Many cookers struggle to provide a boiler with a decent output whereas this one provides 15kW of heat to run a reasonably sized central heating system with hot water.

Broseley have several models available with different styles and boiler outputs.

The image to the left shows an Esse Wood Fired cooking range.

Esse are the original cooking range manufacturers dating back to 1854. Long before AGA came on the scene.

The Esse cookers are a very traditional and robust cooking range and due to their improved design the Esse cookers offer the best heat distribution around the ovens which means your food cooks evenly without the need to turn your food.

They have the traditional 'dog bone' shaped hot plate which offers a side for fast boil and a side for simmer.

There are several options and add-ons available and several colours to choose from.
