We like to work in such a way that our customers are aware of the exact costs involved before they commit to purchasing a stove. This is why we offer a free survey. During this survey we’ll take a look at your proposed installation site paying particular attention to the size of room, fireplace and chimney stack. Once we’ve established what your ideas and requirements are we can make an informed recommendation on type and size of appliance coupled with advice on what work is required to make your fireplace and chimney suitable for a stove.
