Fahrenheit

We have had 2 stoves fitted by Fahrenheit and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to get a stove. They are very professional and polite and provide a first class service. Our main stove is a charnwood, the other is one we bought ourselves on the internet because we had a tight budget. I would advise anyone looking for a stove to go for the best one you can buy because although it might cost more it is definately worth it, the budget stove is ok but the Charnwood is much easier to control and gives out a lot more heat but without "eating" as many logs as the cheaper version.
Chris has just been to look at a problem we thought we had with our flue liner banging in the wind but it turned out to be our neighbours chimney pot wobbling about which he very kindly fixed for us even though it was nothing to do with them. We would always use fahrenheit and can't compliment them enough.

Just had a stove fitted in a 100 year old house and to say the job wasn't easy was an understatement. However, Farenheits determined installers did a sterling job and did manage to get the liner down the very awkward chimney without fuss or complaint and without quoting increased costs. They also gave great advice about how to build and control a good fire and I'm very pleased to say we now have a very toasty living room. We're so happy we're looking at installing a stove in the dining room. Thanks guys.

Just had an issue with the cowl fitted on my stove more than a year ago. Fahrenhiet remedied the issue within the week without fuss.

At the turn of the year we started renovating our house and we had our harts set on a wood stove, after several months research and several crazy quotes and cowboys knowing less than i did we found fahrenheit. We live in durham and the guys were more than helpful in giving information and quoting over email due to the distance. The guys were highly skilled, knowledgable, and tidy, and most of all a very high standard of workmanship, the fire is now in full use keeping the family warm. Would recommend to anyone, and allready have done. Thanks Guys.

Having visited Fryston Stoves, Linda was very helpful but no pressure selling just friendly helpful advice we arranged for Chris/fahrenheit to come out and assess our property. We did not have a traditional chimney or flue but Chris was able to tell us how this could be over come. Over the 4-6 October 2011 Chris came and fitted a false chimney, flue, stove, fire place and made good the coving and skirting. Having built our owm house I can honestly say there are not many tradesmen we would recomend. Chris/ Fahrenheit are one of the good ones, turning up when they say they will, producing their costings quickly and carrying out the agreed work to an examplary standard. They are very helpfgul and Chris certainly nows his stuff where stoves are concerned. Before you go any where else check out Fryston Stoves and Fahreneit we are certainly gald we did.

I had my stove fitted early this year and I should have done it years ago! Chris and his team are fantastic. Fahrenheit offer a highly professional service and with far less expense and hassle than I expected. There was minimal mess and distrurbance. The new fireplace and fre were fitted quickly and efficiently with the team knowing exactly what they were doing. They worked very hard. I am very pleased and love my new stove. It belts out heat and we will be very cosy this winter. Thanks again Chris & Team. You are all first rate.

Thanks for doing a great job.After some concern that my chimney flue may be blocked with builders rubble, Ian the builder and his team did a great job clearing it and doing the fire place conversion.
Chris fitted the stove and now ive got the living room decorated the place looks great and i cant wait for winter to use it!!
I highly recomend Fahrenheit.

We have now been stove converts for just over 2 years. We were looking to move this year and have looked at many properties. Lovely as they they were nothing compared to our home (don't get me wrong, there are changes to do to ours) in the depth of winter cosy and snug.
The thought of leaving the stove behind for somebody to enjoy or worse rip out as it's not their taste was one of the deciding factors and we are staying put !!!
Chris and all the team at Fahenheit are professional, friendly and above all do a fine job, sometimes hard to find in this day and age.

Just had new stove installed. Guys came in took out old fireplace, surround etc and opened up hole to give simple opening (lots of hard work!) finished nicely and added Yorkshire stone hearth. Then next visit, stove installed even though chimney configuration was unusual, they sorted it. Very prof. service. Would recommend to anyone. Thanks Guys!

Installation went very smoothly, now 18 months ago.
Aftersales service in terms of freely given advice and guidance has been exceptional .
Running linked log boiler and water heating wood-fired ESSE system and is performing well.
Would not hesitate to recommend Fahrenheits.

Greg and his mate were very friendly, professional and helpful. Hardly made any mess and cleaned everything up after completing the instalation.
Fitted an Esse 100SE stove which we are very pleased with, keeps the house nice and warm and hardly have to use the central heating.

Just to say thanks for fitting our Charnwood Country 4. It was not easy to fit because the chimney is off centre but you were determined to get it right no matter how long it took. It is perfect for our lounge and we ar e enjoying lovely warm evenings.
All our dealings with you and Monk Fryston Stoves were very efficient and helpful without any pressure from the time Chris first came to look at the job. Also when we thought we had a problem, Chris came out and showed us what we were doing wrong. So thank you very much to you all. We would recommend you to anyone without any hesitation.

The installer guys have just left and have achieved an excellent result after a very difficult few hours; the existing chimney was just a bit constricted in places and it was very difficult o get the liner in . But they persevered and finally prevailed so many many thanks to them - Greg and Wayne, great guys and very pleasant.
Also Dave and Tony who took the old fireplace etc out and built up the opening; a lovely job done and also really nice people.
Thanks also to Susie in the shop who was very helpful , efficient and very cheery - all in all you have a good team !
